Acceptance of Termsقبول الشروط

By accessing or using the Waslat platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.باستخدامك منصة وصلات ("الخدمة")، فإنك توافق على الالتزام بشروط الخدمة هذه ("الشروط"). إذا كنت لا توافق على هذه الشروط، يرجى عدم استخدام الخدمة.

These Terms apply to all users, including agencies, sub-account holders, and staff members. By creating an account, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal authority to enter into this agreement on behalf of yourself or your organization.تنطبق هذه الشروط على جميع المستخدمين، بما في ذلك الوكالات وأصحاب الحسابات الفرعية وأعضاء الفريق. بإنشاء حساب، تؤكد أنك تجاوزت الثامنة عشرة من عمرك وتمتلك الصلاحية القانونية للدخول في هذه الاتفاقية.

Description of Servicesوصف الخدمات

Waslat provides a business management platform that includes:توفر وصلات منصة إدارة أعمال تشمل:

• Social media management and scheduling across multiple platformsإدارة وجدولة وسائل التواصل الاجتماعي عبر منصات متعددة
• WhatsApp Business automation and messagingأتمتة ورسائل واتساب بيزنس
• Customer Relationship Management (CRM)إدارة علاقات العملاء (CRM)
• Point of Sale (POS) systemنظام نقاط البيع (POS)
• Booking and appointment managementإدارة الحجوزات والمواعيد
• Accounting and invoicing (ZATCA-compliant)المحاسبة والفوترة (متوافقة مع هيئة الزكاة والضريبة)
• AI-powered business intelligence and automation agentsذكاء اصطناعي وعملاء أتمتة مدعومون بالذكاء الاصطناعي
• White-label reselling capabilities for agenciesإمكانيات إعادة البيع بالعلامة البيضاء للوكالات

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time with reasonable notice.نحتفظ بالحق في تعديل أو تعليق أو إيقاف أي جزء من الخدمة في أي وقت مع إشعار معقول.

Account Registrationتسجيل الحساب

To use Waslat, you must create an account. You agree to:لاستخدام وصلات، يجب عليك إنشاء حساب. أنت توافق على:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete registration informationتقديم معلومات تسجيل دقيقة وحالية وكاملة
• Maintain the security of your password and account credentialsالحفاظ على أمان كلمة المرور وبيانات اعتماد حسابك
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or security breachإخطارنا فورًا بأي وصول غير مصرح به أو خرق أمني
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your accountقبول المسؤولية عن جميع الأنشطة التي تتم تحت حسابك

Payment & Billingالدفع والفوترة

After the 14-day free trial, continued use of Waslat requires a paid subscription. Pricing varies by sector and plan level (Starter, Agency, Pro).بعد انتهاء التجربة المجانية البالغة 14 يومًا، يتطلب الاستمرار في استخدام وصلات اشتراكًا مدفوعًا. تختلف الأسعار حسب القطاع ومستوى الخطة (مبتدئ، وكالة، احترافي).

• All prices are in Saudi Riyals (SAR) unless otherwise statedجميع الأسعار بالريال السعودي (SAR) ما لم يُذكر خلاف ذلك
• Subscriptions are billed monthly and renew automaticallyتُفوتر الاشتراكات شهريًا وتتجدد تلقائيًا
• You may cancel your subscription at any time before the next billing cycleيمكنك إلغاء اشتراكك في أي وقت قبل دورة الفوترة التالية
• No refunds are provided for partial months of serviceلا تُقدم استردادات للأشهر الجزئية من الخدمة
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' noticeنحتفظ بحق تغيير الأسعار مع إشعار مدته 30 يومًا

Acceptable Useالاستخدام المقبول

You agree not to use Waslat to:أنت توافق على عدم استخدام وصلات من أجل:

• Send spam, unsolicited messages, or bulk marketing without consentإرسال رسائل غير مرغوب فيها أو تسويق جماعي بدون موافقة
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations in Saudi Arabia or the MENA regionانتهاك أي قوانين أو أنظمة سارية في المملكة العربية السعودية أو منطقة الشرق الأوسط
• Distribute malicious code, viruses, or harmful contentتوزيع رموز ضارة أو فيروسات أو محتوى مؤذٍ
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other accountsمحاولة الوصول غير المصرح به إلى أنظمتنا أو حسابات أخرى
• Use the platform for illegal activities including fraud or money launderingاستخدام المنصة في أنشطة غير قانونية بما في ذلك الاحتيال أو غسيل الأموال
• Resell or redistribute the Service without written authorizationإعادة بيع أو توزيع الخدمة دون إذن كتابي (إلا لمستخدمي الخطة الاحترافية)

Data & Privacyالبيانات والخصوصية

Your privacy is important to us. By using Waslat, you acknowledge:خصوصيتك مهمة لنا. باستخدام وصلات، فإنك تقر بما يلي:

• We collect and process data as described in our Privacy Policyنجمع ونعالج البيانات كما هو موضح في سياسة الخصوصية لدينا
• You retain ownership of all customer data you upload to the platformتحتفظ بملكية جميع بيانات العملاء التي ترفعها إلى المنصة
• We store data on secure cloud infrastructure with encryption at rest and in transitنخزن البيانات على بنية تحتية سحابية آمنة مع تشفير في حالة التخزين والنقل
• We comply with applicable data protection regulations including Saudi PDPLنلتزم بأنظمة حماية البيانات المعمول بها بما فيها نظام حماية البيانات الشخصية السعودي
• Upon account termination, you may request export of your data within 30 daysعند إنهاء الحساب، يمكنك طلب تصدير بياناتك خلال 30 يومًا

Intellectual Propertyالملكية الفكرية

The Waslat platform, including its software, design, logos, and content, is owned by Waslat and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.منصة وصلات، بما في ذلك برامجها وتصميمها وشعاراتها ومحتواها، مملوكة لوصلات ومحمية بقوانين الملكية الفكرية. لا يجوز لك نسخ أو تعديل أو توزيع أو إنشاء أعمال مشتقة بدون إذن كتابي منا.

Content you create and upload using the platform (posts, campaigns, reports) remains your intellectual property. You grant Waslat a limited license to process and display this content solely to provide the Service.المحتوى الذي تنشئه وترفعه باستخدام المنصة (المنشورات والحملات والتقارير) يبقى ملكيتك الفكرية. أنت تمنح وصلات ترخيصًا محدودًا لمعالجة وعرض هذا المحتوى فقط لتقديم الخدمة.

Terminationإنهاء الخدمة

Either party may terminate this agreement:يحق لأي طرف إنهاء هذه الاتفاقية:

• You may cancel your account at any time from the billing settings pageيمكنك إلغاء حسابك في أي وقت من صفحة إعدادات الفوترة
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Termsيجوز لنا تعليق أو إنهاء الحسابات التي تنتهك هذه الشروط
• Upon termination, your access to the platform ends immediatelyعند الإنهاء، يتوقف وصولك إلى المنصة فورًا
• Data export is available for 30 days after cancellation upon requestيتاح تصدير البيانات لمدة 30 يومًا بعد الإلغاء عند الطلب

Limitation of Liabilityتحديد المسؤولية

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Waslat shall not be liable for:تُقدم الخدمة "كما هي" دون أي ضمانات. إلى أقصى حد يسمح به القانون، لن تكون وصلات مسؤولة عن:

• Loss of revenue, profits, or business opportunitiesخسارة الإيرادات أو الأرباح أو فرص العمل
• Loss or corruption of dataفقدان أو تلف البيانات
• Service interruptions or downtimeانقطاع الخدمة أو وقت التعطل
• Actions of third-party integrations (Meta, Salla, Zid, WhatsApp)إجراءات التكاملات الخارجية (ميتا، سلة، زد، واتساب)

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 3 months prior to the claim.لن تتجاوز مسؤوليتنا الإجمالية المبلغ الذي دفعته مقابل الخدمة في الأشهر الثلاثة السابقة للمطالبة.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Any disputes shall be resolved through the competent courts in Riyadh.تخضع هذه الشروط لقوانين المملكة العربية السعودية. يتم حل أي نزاعات من خلال المحاكم المختصة في الرياض.
