Make sure you have admin access to the page or account. Try disconnecting and reconnecting. Check that you accepted all permission requests during the OAuth flow.
Verify that your channel is connected under Integrations. Check that the webhook is active. Try disconnecting and reconnecting the channel.
Go to AI Agents and ensure the agent is toggled on. Check the agent settings to confirm it's configured for the correct channels.
