Introduction
Waslat is an all-in-one business operating system for marketing agencies and SMEs in the MENA region. It brings together social media management, customer conversations, AI automation, CRM, and analytics into a single powerful dashboard.
With Waslat you can connect all your social media channels, manage customer messages in one inbox, schedule and publish content, and deploy AI agents that work 24/7 on your behalf.
Quick Start
Create your account
Go to app.waslat.io/register and sign up. You get a free 14-day trial with full access.
Connect your channels
Navigate to Integrations in the sidebar and connect your social media accounts and messaging channels.
Set up your inbox
Go to Conversations to start receiving and replying to messages from all connected channels in one place.
Enable AI agents
Visit AI Agents to activate autonomous agents that handle inbox replies, content creation, and more.
Account Setup
After signing up, complete your profile by adding your business name, logo, and timezone. If you are an agency, you can create subaccounts for each of your clients under Settings → Subaccounts.
WhatsApp Business
Requirements
- A WhatsApp Business account
- A verified Facebook Business Manager account
- A dedicated phone number not already on WhatsApp
How to connect
Go to Integrations → WhatsApp Business and click Connect.
Log in with your Facebook account and select your Business Manager.
Select or create a WhatsApp Business Account and add your phone number.
Verify your phone number via OTP and complete setup.
Features available
- Send and receive messages in the Conversations inbox
- Schedule WhatsApp messages
- Automated replies via AI InboxAgent
- Broadcast messages to contact lists
- Media sharing: images, videos, documents
Requirements
- A Facebook Page (not personal profile)
- Page Admin access
How to connect
Go to Integrations → Facebook and click Connect.
Log in with Facebook and grant the requested permissions.
Select the Facebook Page you want to connect.
Features available
- Publish posts to your Facebook Page
- Receive and reply to Messenger messages
- Schedule posts with the content calendar
- View page engagement analytics
Requirements
- An Instagram Business or Creator account
- Connected to a Facebook Page
How to connect
Go to Integrations → Instagram and click Connect.
Authorize Waslat through Facebook OAuth — Instagram connects via your Facebook Page.
Select the Instagram account linked to your page.
Features available
- Post photos and videos to Instagram
- Schedule content via the content calendar
- Manage and reply to comments
- Receive DMs in the Conversations inbox
- View reach and engagement analytics
TikTok
Requirements
- A TikTok Business account
- Content creator or business profile
How to connect
Go to Integrations → TikTok and click Connect.
Log in with your TikTok account and authorize Waslat.
Your TikTok account will appear as connected with your username and avatar.
Features available
- Upload and publish videos directly to TikTok
- Post as draft for creator review or publish directly
- View list of published videos
- Schedule video posts
Requirements
- A LinkedIn personal or company account
- Company Page admin access (for company posts)
How to connect
Go to Integrations → LinkedIn and click Connect.
Authorize with your LinkedIn credentials.
Your profile name and avatar will appear confirming the connection.
Features available
- Post text and image content to LinkedIn
- Schedule posts via the content calendar
- View post performance
YouTube
Requirements
- A Google account with a YouTube channel
- Channel must be verified for uploads over 15 minutes
How to connect
Go to Integrations → YouTube and click Connect.
Sign in with Google and grant YouTube permissions.
Your channel name and subscriber count will appear.
Features available
- Upload videos to YouTube
- Set title, description, and visibility (public/unlisted/private)
- View uploaded videos list
- Schedule uploads
Google My Business
Requirements
- A verified Google Business Profile
- Owner or manager access
How to connect
Go to Integrations → Google My Business and click Connect.
Sign in with the Google account that manages your business profile.
Select your business location.
Features available
- Post updates, offers, and events to your Google listing
- Add photos and call-to-action buttons
- Schedule GMB posts
Telegram
Requirements
- A Telegram Bot created via @BotFather
- Bot token from BotFather
How to connect
Open Telegram and message @BotFather. Send /newbot and follow the prompts to create your bot.
Copy the Bot Token provided by BotFather.
Go to Integrations → Telegram, paste your Bot Token and click Connect.
Features available
- Send messages to Telegram chats and channels
- Receive incoming messages in the Conversations inbox
- Reply to customers via Telegram bot
- Send images and media
💡 Your customers must message your bot first before you can send them messages — this is a Telegram policy.
Snapchat
Requirements
- A Snapchat Business account
- Snapchat developer app approved
How to connect
Go to Integrations → Snapchat and click Connect.
Log in with your Snapchat account and authorize Waslat.

Waslat includes 5 autonomous AI agents that work 24/7 on your behalf.

Auto-replies to incoming messages across all channels

Enabling an agent
Go to AI Agents in the sidebar → select the agent → toggle it on → configure its behavior and response style.
White Label
Agencies can white label Waslat under their own brand. Go to Settings → White Label to configure:
- Custom logo and brand colors
- Custom platform name
- Custom domain (e.g.
app.youragency.com) - Client login portal with your branding
Webhooks
Waslat supports incoming webhooks from all connected platforms. Webhooks are automatically configured when you connect a channel. For custom webhook endpoints contact support.
Billing & Subscription
Your subscription is managed under Settings → Billing & Subscription. You can view your current plan, usage, and payment history. Waslat offers a 14-day free trial with no credit card required. Contact sales@waslat.io for pricing.
FAQ
Can I connect multiple accounts per platform?
Yes — each subaccount can have its own connected channels. Agencies can manage multiple clients each with their own integrations.
Is my data secure?
Yes. All data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Waslat uses Firebase with strict security rules and never stores raw access tokens in plain text.
What happens after my trial ends?
Your account will be paused until you subscribe. Your data is retained for 30 days. Contact sales@waslat.io to continue.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes — cancel anytime from Settings → Billing with no penalties.
Do you support Arabic?
Yes — Waslat is fully bilingual in Arabic and English. Switch languages from the top right of the dashboard.
